__ They say, Form is Temporary and Class is permanent. Williams being one of the high profile teams has faced huge crisis for the last few years now. No wins nor podiums in the last few seasons and you can forget about the talk of the word Championships. Last season, They reached an absolute low scoring just a handful of points and finishing as low as possible in the standings. What followed was understandable, Patrick Head, The Co-Founder of the Team moved away from F1 operations and Sam Micheal resigned. The Good Part was that three genuine and experienced staffs joined the Team boosting morale and hope.
_FW34, Unveiled today by Williams Team will be their 2012 Contender which was designed under the new leadership and also marks the return of Renault Engines to this British Team. And Frank Williams took the opportunity to mark the FW34 as a Fresh start. And we guess it's the best thing that can happen to this Team as of now as the Team which has faced huge lows has nothing to lose now, They are on the absolute low and it can get only better from here. But saying so, The Team understands that all this is not a one day process and that continuous development is required through out the season
Mark Gillan also stated that the Team worked hard throughout the winter to meet its own targets and that a new plan has been devised on making the factory more efficient by serving the race team with components that has a advantage
Pastor Maldonado, Meanwhile has said that his one year experience with the Williams Team should be helpful in developing the car and it's important for the Team to develop from the start and that it is important to understand the new components that the Team has brought into the new car. His Teammate Bruno Senna who is in F1 for two years now was happy to be driving the pre-season tests as it is the first time he has been given an proper opportunity to do so
Interesting Season for Williams, This will be a very much a transition year, From our personal opinion, If the Team finishes somewhere around 7th in the constructor championship, They are surely on track for bigger things to come. Changes have been made across the Technical team as well as drivers. Money has been infused into the Team from various sources including the drivers. For sure, This is a Team to watch out for in the coming seasons.
The Question will be, Will the Williams Team regain its lost glory?
