Toro Rosso has become the 10th and the final Formula 1 team to showcase its 2017 F1 car, with the STR12 revealed in Barcelona on Sunday.
The Red Bull-owned team has ditched its dark red-and-blue livery that has been used since its inception, introducing a lighter colour scheme that promotes its cola brand.
2017 marks a return to Renault power for Toro Rosso, having used an year-old Ferrari engine in 2016.
The STR12 has already made its track debut at Fiorano as part of a filming day, however, the team’s running was disrupted by an engine failure.
Toro Rosso have kept the same line-up as last year, with Carlos Sainz Jr and Daniil Kvyat staying on for another year. Many, however, have their doubts over Kvyat’s future after the Russian was demoted from the senior team in the middle of last season.
Toro Rosso finished seventh in the championship last year, although its performance was handicapped by an increasingly-outdated Ferrari engine.
