Lewis Hamilton led home a Mercedes one-two finish at China's Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday with Sebastian Vettel completing the podium for Ferrari.

The Mercedes duo remained mostly unchallenged this weekend but got involved in a war of words after the race. Nico Rosberg was frustrated with Hamilton slowing down in the second stint, forcing him in the clutches of third place runner Vettel. While Rosberg managed to stay ahead of the German, he couldn't maintain his calm and cool exposure in the press conference room.

The race was brought to an anti-climax end after the Renault engine on Verstappen's Toro Rosso came to a halt at the start/finish straight, with just three laps to go. The marshals so deployed to excavate the car hit the wall twice, leading to cheers from the grandstand.
