Three-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton has been voted the most stylish F1 driver in a poll conducted by Rach F1 in association with leading F1 fan page Die Hard F1 Fans.
Held last week, the poll asked fans around the world to vote for the driver with the highest style quotient - both on and off the track.
Hamilton received 29% of all votes, beating Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen by a considerable margin to take the top spot.
Even since Hamilton has joined Mercedes, he has been given the freedom to live life on his own terms. This has led the 31-year old to try various attires and hairstyles, with the Brit going as far as colouring his hair last year. More recently, he was seen in a Bahraini-attire on the eve of country’s annual F1 race.
Raikkonen’s second place doesn’t come as a surprise, with the Finn being one of the most popular driver of current times. Behind, McLaren driver Jenson Button took third position, ahead of a surprise Nico Rosberg.
The former had developed a playboy reputation during his formative years in Formula 1 and continues to slay the Amber Fashion Show in Monaco every year.
And finally, last year’s Le Mans winner Nico Hulkenberg’s rounded off the top five, primarily down to his impressive hairstyle.
